Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Medgram ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of medical professionals who use our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Medgram, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, professional credentials, and profile details. We also collect information generated as you use the app — including clinical notes created with the Ambient Scribe, case content, messages, and usage data — as well as device and authentication information needed to keep your account secure.
We use your information to provide and improve Medgram features, verify clinician credentials, enable collaboration and consults, generate and store clinical documentation, secure your account, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.
We share information only as necessary to operate the service — for example, with trusted infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements, or when required by law. Content you choose to post in community areas may be visible to other verified members according to your sharing settings.
Medgram is designed to be HIPAA-compliant. We use encryption in transit and at rest, verify clinicians before granting access, and apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information through your account settings or by contacting support. You can also adjust notification and visibility preferences at any time. Where applicable, you have the right to request a copy of your data or to restrict its processing.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our retention schedule, except where retention is required by law.
Medgram is intended for licensed medical professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the app. Continued use of Medgram after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, you can reach our support team using the Contact & Support form above or by emailing support@medgram.app.
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Medgram. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Medgram.
Medgram is intended exclusively for medical professionals. You must complete our secure, multistep verification process — confirming your identity, credentials, and active medical license — before your account is activated. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
You agree to use Medgram lawfully and professionally, to respect the privacy of others, and not to share content that is unlawful, misleading, or breaches patient confidentiality. Clinical documentation tools are intended to support — not replace — your professional judgment.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Medgram a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail verification, or pose a risk to the community. You may close your account at any time.
Medgram is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes. Continued use of Medgram after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
